the written consent of the copyright owner. This includes both personal and business
use, and distribution / reproduction of any type or medium. If you have purchased
Real Estate photographic services from Stuntd, you are permitted to use the photographs
in either digital or printed form for the purposes of marketing the property featured in
the photograph.
If you have purchased Automotive photography from Stuntd, you may use the supplied images
for personal use only. Personal use includes posting to social networking websites, uploading
to your own personal website, and printing the photographs for use in a private dwelling.
The photographs may not be used in a promotional manner, without prior written consent from
the copyright holder.
Privacy
as at 8 June 2010:
- Stuntd will collect your personal information, and this information will only be collected if it is relevant to all marketing purposes of Stuntd.
- We will hold any relevant information about you so as to keep you up to date with special invites, opportunities and special offers available to you as a valued, loyal and long-term customer with Stuntd.
- Stuntd will not collect information that is not necessary for the operation of a newsletter distribution and other marketing material (such as VIP invitations and special offers).
- Stuntd may collect information from you in a form, or from information that you have already provided to us at any time (for example: a job booking). We will never acquire information about you from a third party or through illegal means.
- Stuntd will never use or disclose any personal information it holds about you except for the purposes of distribution of a newsletter and other marketing material for Stuntd. We will never distribute your information to any third party. The only time we will ever disclose any of your personal information held by us is where it is applicable under law.
- Stuntd will take all steps necessary to ensure that information held on you by us is kept uncorrupted and that this information does not have access to any unauthorised third party and that it is not misused.
- We are happy at any time to allow for you to update your personal information, and we will also be responsive to any incorrect information about you that we hold.
- You are always free at any time to request the information that we hold on you, under the provisions of the National Privacy Principles.
